ALLIED JB FRICTION PVT. LTD. (AJF)

M/s. Allied JB Friction Private Limited (“the Company”) was incorporated on 28th April, 2011. The Company is a Joint Venture (JV) Company between M/s. Hitachi Chemical Co; Ltd. (HCC), Japan; M/s. Japan Brake Industrial Co; Ltd. (JBI), Japan; and M/s. Allied Nippon Limited (ANL). The Joint Venture partners namely, HCC and JBI, jointly hold 51% equity stake in the JV Company and ANL holds 49% shareholding in the Indian Joint Venture Company.

The JV Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing of non- asbestos type Friction Materials (including Disc Brake Pads, Brake Linings and Brake Shoe Assembly) and Drum Brake Assemblies for Automobiles and Motorcycles in technical collaboration with its Japanese Joint Venture partners. The JV Company has its manufacturing facilities at Neemrana, Rajasthan.
